“I came to coaching wanting to make changes around my personal life, balancing work with my family responsibilities and looking after myself. Emma has been a really great listener and has picked up on some little, almost throwaway comments, things that I have said and used them as a springboard explore my self-esteem and identity in more depth. I have felt heard and understood, and never judged. I have left our meetings feeling built up and encouraged, with action points that we have created together. I have been implementing these action points and felt the benefit already.”
Questions People Often Ask When They’re Trying to Find an Online Life Coach

Coaching doesn’t have to cost the earth. It’s why pricing is done on a scale rather than a flat fee. It’s important to me that anyone can access coaching, have space to untangle their emotions and priorities and uncover a solution which reignites hope. A single session costs between £30 and £90 and these are often monthly for 6 months, but this depends on you.

The way I coach is future-focused, person-centred and solution-focused.
Future-focused:we look forward and think about how to get there, whereas counselling tends to focus on the past.
Person-centred: you lead the conversation, rather than me telling you what to do.
Solution-focused: we don’t just talk but commit to action, so you see real change in your life.
As a coach, I partner with you, focusing on building solutions rather than on problems. I believe that you already have the resources and strengths to resolve your challenges. My role as your coach is to help you uncover and apply these assets, leading to long lasting change.
