Ready to Ignite Change with an Online Life Coach?

I’m Emma, a Christian, wife, mum, former speech and language therapist and now, I’m an online life coach.

I found coaching especially helpful when our family was undergoing big changes Growing our family by adoption, balancing work and family life, ensuring each child had the support they needed and spending quality time on my marriage was hard. Coaching gave us the support we were looking at and took us from surviving to enjoying life.

For me, coaching is really the sum of all my parts. It brings together my life, work experience and desire for people to find their purpose. Coaching captures what can be a fleeting moment and slows it down, allowing people to process their thoughts, emotions and questions and move towards the priorities which really matter. I love enabling people like you to move forward, shift their mindset and bring the future they long for into the present.

If I had to sum up Kairos Coaching in a word, I’d say I’m all about hope.

  • I focus on the whole person rather than just the issue at hand. This helps clients navigate a variety of situations and consistently apply the principles that they’ve identified matter most to them.

  • A common reason clients come to me is because they feel stuck and unable to move forward. I ask insightful questions that help shift their perspective and reveal opportunities they may not have noticed before.

  • There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to coaching. That’s why I tailor each session to my clients’ circumstances and goals. The tools I use, the number of sessions, the price and the questions I ask are as unique as every client.

  • As a coach, part of my role is to create a judgment free, safe space. I go into each session with the aim to honour each person’s individual value, potential and capacity for change and growth. Through attentive listening and thought-provoking questions, I approach each conversation with empathy, even and especially when the topic is tough.

Three Reasons Why You Can Trust Emma as Your Online Life Coach

I’m a Qualified Coach

I’ve trained as a Personal and Business Coach with Barefoot Coaching, as a Solution Focused Therapist with Brief and as a Prepare-Enrich facilitator. I’ve also completed Vineyard UK and Ireland’s coaching course, equipping me to coach from a Christian perspective too. All of this can give you confidence in my skills within an unregulated profession.

I’m an Experienced Coach

I’m now a parent to six, having grown our family through adoption. I’ve supported children and young people with additional needs. And I’ve navigated the pressures of work, as well as choosing to be a stay-at-home mum, while managing family life. Through it all, I’ve generally juggled (and sometimes dropped!) many things at once.

I’ve Supported People Pastorally for 20+ Years

As a member of the Church Council at Catalyst Vineyard Church, I’ve had the ability to step into my leadership skills, engage in decision making processes, balancing both a broad and detailed view of church life. Through pastoral care, pre-marriage, marriage courses and many other avenues, my husband Mike and I have actively supported couples and families at every stage of life.
